About The Movie:

Zane and Jeannette return from their magical honeymoon to plan the perfect first Christmas as a family, but the arrival of Jeannette’s former father-in-law throws a wrench into all of their holiday planning.

We had the opportunity to chat with star Bea Santos about her role, holiday traditions and family.

Kat: Was there anything about your role that was particularly challenging?

Bea: This is the third movie in the Very Country Christmas series so by now I know Jeanette very well. It’s like visiting an old friend. So in that regard it’s not challenging, just fun and comfortable. But I remember in the latest movie I had to act like I knew what I was doing around a horse, and I definitely do not. It was scary at first but I’m hoping I pulled it off.

Kat: What was your favorite scene to shoot and why?

Bea: I just love shooting with Greyston and Raven, my TV family. We laugh a lot. But it was also wonderful to shoot with Rob Stewart. I won’t give away the scene or his role, but we have a very special scene together.

Kat: What do you hope the audience takes away from the movie?

Bea: I hope it gives everyone some magical Christmas feelings early!

Kat: What’s your favorite Christmas movie?

Bea: I love Miracle on 34th street, the classic one and the 90s one. Very nostalgic movies for me.

Kat: Do you or your family have any special holiday traditions?

Bea: To this day my Dad still puts out cookies and Milk for Santa. My Dad’s always too full for breakfast the next day for some reason…

Kat: What’s the best Christmas present you’ve ever received?

Bea: That’s a tough one. I’m not that big on presents anymore, I’m just there to eat and hang out with my loved ones.
