We went on a guided holiday tour of Toronto’s Spadina Museum, and discovered the splendor of a 1920s Christmas.
We had the chance to celebrate the season in a real family home as it was decorated in the 20s and 30s for the holidays: adorned with holly wreaths, garlands of evergreens and mistletoe.
We also had the opportunity to look at authentic Christmas cards and gifts from the period and enjoy mulled cider and holiday treats made from original recipes in the kitchen.
