Located on the second floor of Hotel X (Library Hotel Collection), Roses Social serves up an inspired culinary experience for breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner, and features a stunning outdoor terrace.
We had the Pancakes Supreme (Lemon ricotta, saskatoon berry compote, agave syrup, chantilly cream, and granola). As well as the Lobster & Shrimp Roll (Brioche bun, chipotle aioli, bacon, iceberg, and fries).
We also indulged in the Champagne Pina Colada (Bacardi 8YR, Bacardi Superior, hazelnut, pineapple juice, salted vanilla cordial, spiced maple syrup, Coco Lopez, grilled orange, star anise, cinnamon, allspice, and nutmeg). As well as their Roses Signature (Yogurt infused Dejado Blanco, crème de cassis, salted vanilla agave, sustainable lime juice, black cumin & persian lime, and rose ice).
We had an amazing brunch at Roses, the food and cocktails were excellent, the staff were friendly and attentive, and we can’t wait to go back.
