The holidays are here and we decided to indugle with a festive inspired afternoon tea at d|bar inside the Four Seasons Hotel.

d|bar by Chef Daniel Boulud is located in the historic Village of Yorkville, Toronto’s most luxurious shopping and dining district. The winter themed lounge was the perfect place to get cozy and enjoy tea.

Our afternoon tea experience included plain and candied orange nutmeg scones, served with winter jam, pear chutney, and clotted cream. As well as seasonally-inspired sweet and savoury Boulud bites paired with a selection of teas. We also complimented our tea service with a specialty mocktail and a glass of champagne.

For those with a sweet tooth, the pastries were very holiday themed in both presentation and taste. We loved the cherry and lime macaron (lime cremeux, cherry compote) and the chocolate and mint tart (dark chocolate ganache, mint whipped canache, coca tart)
