Since opening in 2009, Nadège has delighted Torontonians with modern dessert creations. Showered with numerous accolades from critics, the press, and the blogosphere, Nadège is clearly viewed as a game changer in Toronto’s pastry scene.
On a beautiful autumn afternoon we stopped at Nadège Patisserie’s Rosedale location in Toronto, picked up some treats from their new Fall menu, and then found the perfect little park to enjoy them in.
We tried the Individual Pecan Tart – An interpretation of the Canadian classic featuring roasted pecan and maple filling, Dulcey blonde chocolate whipped ganache and chocolate decor all within an almond tart shell.

We also tried the Individual Apple Caramel – Caramelized apple (sourced from a local farm), soft caramel, mascarpone mousse and sablé breton. As well as the Spiced-Apple Vanilla Macaron – White shell with apple design, spiced-apple compote with vanilla ganache. and the Pumpkin Spice Macaron – Orange shell, pumpkin spice ganache.
