Created by AGO Head Mixologist Stephen Gaessler who has been with the AGO since 2008, the cocktails are inspired by some of the artist’s most iconic works featured in the ‘Brain Jungen Friendship Centre‘ exhibit.
We tried ‘The Meet Up‘- A classic and refreshing margarita. Jaral de Berrio, Hypnitiq, lime, Glacier Freeze cordial, Ocean Bitters, Pannonian Sea salt. Make it a mocktail – Seedlip Grove 42. ($13)
We also tried the ‘Aviary‘- A velvety smooth concoction of bright and bitter fruit balanced by delicate herbal grape notes. Tanqueray Flor de Sevilla, Amaro Nonino Quintessentia, raspberry cordial, verjus, egg white, fig bitters. Make it a mocktail – Seedlip Spice 94 ($13)
