A Magical Evening At The 3rd Street Star Bridge In Bay City, Michigan

Photos: Tiffany Shum

Originally the 3rd street bridge was a small swing bridge constructed in the late 1800’s connecting the east and west sides of Bay City. In 1976 the bridge collasped, forcing many store closures and loss of business.

Now reimagined with beautiful, twinkling string lights, art, and color, by Star Bridge’s visionary Avram Golden, the once desolate area is now a magical, vibrant place for both residents and visitors to the Downtown Bay City area.
