An Afternoon Of Chocolate At Cacao 70 On Queen Street West

Cacao 70 initially began as a chocolate drinking bar, but soon discovered that their customers had an appetite for more. So they started to think about how they could transform chocolate into exciting flavour adventures. Their journey has led them down the very tasty path of bean sourcing, product development and new store concepts that showcase chocolate in all kinds of fun and surprising ways.

On a very snowy afternoon we stopped by Cacao 70‘s cozy Queen Street West location in Toronto to treat our taste-buds to their “Bring-It-All-On Sharing Plate For Two Or More” ($37.95)

The sharing plate includes a quarter slice of a 12″ triple chocolate pizza, a banana split waffle, fresh strawberries, bananas, pineapples, graham crackers, brownie bites, chocolate wafers, chocolate-covered ice cream, two small hot Americocoa drinks, a milk chocolate dipping fondue and marshmallows you can roast on your own grill.
