It was a perfect night for our 3rd annual “Notice Me” charity show in partnership with HnG Media in support of the Toronto Daily Bread Food Bank at The Supermarket in Kensington Market, Toronto.
Guests were encouraged to bring non-perishable food and other items for donation, and we were so unprepared for the amount of donations received that our designated area overflowed early in the night, soon followed by the floor surrounding it.
The success of the event is a testament to the incredible generosity and compassion of everyone who attended and performed. The night’s highlights included performances by local Toronto acts Elos Arma and Shoot The Image, a solo acoustic set by Jarek Hardy (from The Johnstones) and was hosted by local comedian Matt Shury.
Thank-you to everyone who helped make this night such a success. Together, we are making a significant difference in the lives of Toronto citizens dealing with food insecurity and poverty.
