More than a coffee bar and cafe, Public School within W Toronto, offers a welcoming neighbourhood hangout for Toronto’s most creative. Featuring menus that combine the modern with the nostalgic by chef Alessandro Bonfigli.

We had the Hit Me Benny One More Time, which included a benny served with breakfast potatoes and urban blend salad (Australian wagyu brisket – patacones, BBQ hollandaise).

We also tried the Dulce de Leche French Toast, which featured caramelized banana, dulce de leche, candied pecans, tonka beans chantilly, pain de mie.

We also shared their Flight of Four Mimosas, featuring one of each: Passionista Mimosa (Yuzu, passion fruit essence & Fiol prosecco), Pineapple Express Mimosa (Pineapple, Chambord, fresh lime juice, Fiol prosecco & cherry), Purple Haze Mimosa (Lavendar syrup, fresh lemon juice & Fiol prosecco w/ edible flowers) and the Elderflower Power Mimosa (Campari, St. Germain, fresh limejuice, Fiol prosecco)

We had an amazing morning at Public School, the food was excellent, the staff were friendly and attentive, and we can’t wait to go back.
