The magic of Christmas in Tennessee’s beautiful Smoky Mountains comes to life at one of America’s most beloved theme parks – Dollywood – when Danica McKellar (“The Wonder Years,” “The West Wing”), Niall Matter (“Eureka,” “90210,” “Melrose Place”) and Dolly Parton (9 to 5, Steel Magnolias, The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas) star in “Christmas at Dollywood” a new, original premiering Sunday, December 8 (8 p.m. ET/PT), on Hallmark Channel as part of the network’s beloved, number one-rated programming event, “Countdown to Christmas” which celebrates its 10th anniversary this year.

About The Movie:
Event planner Rachel Davis (McKellar) returns to her Tennessee hometown to take on the biggest job of her career – Dollywood’s 30th Smoky Mountain Christmas celebration – and is teamed up with unimaginative operations director Luke Hakman (Matter) to plan an event that has to be as glamorous as Dolly Parton herself. And when Dolly gets involved in a little matchmaking, Dollywood’s Smoky Mountain Christmas event lights up the sky with joy, laughter and love.
