About The Movie:

Financial advisor Darcy Fitzwilliam (Chabert) returns home from the city for the holidays, only to be thrown into a whirlwind of charity event planning and a comedy of errors with her high school nemesis, Luke Bennett (Penny). Darcy and Luke help Darcy’s mother, Gloria (Sherry Miller, “Christmas Encore”) plan her Christmas charity gala, and in doing so, begin to realize they both may be incorrect about the hasty judgments they had made on one another in high school. The two spend more time together, and Darcy feels a connection with Luke that makes her doubt that either her job in the city or her one-time boyfriend, Carl (Morgan David Jones, “Molly’s Game”) brings her as much happiness as Luke does. As Christmas approaches and her time at home nears its end, Darcy must decide if she will step back into her life in the city, or if her past nemesis may actually be the key to her future happiness.
