This heartfelt holiday romance is part of Hallmark Movies & Mysteries annual programming event, “Miracles of Christmas” which features 15 all-new holiday premieres in 2018. Catherine Corcoran (Long Lost) co-stars in this family-focused Christmas story that celebrates the importance of home and family, especially over the holidays.
About The Movie:
When widowed mom Megan (Cahill) returns home for Christmas, she and her two sisters Audrey (Corcoran) and Bethany (Rachel Rhodes-Devey, Carousel) are surprised to learn their parents are selling their childhood home, making this their last Christmas together in Vermont. Megan is even more surprised to discover that the buyer is her high school sweetheart, Nash (Bruening), who plans to use the house as an investment property.
Megan and Nash reconnect over festive activities and fixing up the house, and though Megan is hesitant to pursue a new relationship after having lost her husband suddenly in a car accident, both begin to feel the familiar spark from their days of young love. Nash even questions if his potential investment is a good idea, realizing how important the beloved family home is to Megan. When Nash confesses his feelings toward Megan, she must decide if she is ready to pursue this newfound happiness in her old hometown, and if her trip home will continue long after the holidays.
