Toronto’s Distillery District is a pedestrian friendly area filled with art stores, restaurants, pubs and sculptures. It features cobblestone streets, and 19th century buildings that once housed a large whisky distillery (hence the name).
Throughout the year the area also features dance, music and stage performances both outdoors and indoors and is home to the world famous Toronto Christmas Market that takes over from mid November until Christmas.
